Hygrophorus piceae

This "waxy cap" is snow white with a sticky cap and dry to slightly viscid stalk. Grows exclusively under spruce. A " look-alike " is Hygrophorus eburneus which has a very slimy cap and stalk. It grows in a variety of habitats including spruce.
